Here is how information is handled when you use My HYROX Plan.

Your training questionnaire and the plan we build are kept in your web browser on the device you use. We do not upload that profile or plan file to our servers to store it there.

If you register or sign in, we keep a small amount on our servers so accounts work (for example your email, a hashed password that we cannot read back as plain text, and your session). That is separate from the questionnaire and plan data in your browser.

While you are filling out the questionnaire, progress can be saved locally so you can pick up where you left off on the same device.

If you use an account

Purchases: payment is handled by our payment provider; we may store identifiers and flags related to your purchase so we know what you have access to.
